Our Packing Ritual
Every Piece goes wrapped, padded, and double-boxed like the fragile treasure it is.

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed within 2–3 business days. During peak times it may take a touch longer (art takes time). Processing is separate from shipping and covers the careful handling of your (very breakable) goods.

Shipping Time
Delivery speed depends on the method you select at checkout.
Economy (5–8 business days), Standard (3–4 days), or Express (1–2 days).

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the carrier’s hands, but we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow along.

Heads Up
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has your package, but if something seems off, let us know, we'll do our best to help.
